TWO PHASE COOLING
Advanced two-phase thermal management enabling ultra-efficient heat transfer in compact systems.
Custom Two-Phase Cooling Heat Sink
Two-phase cooling utilizes phase change between liquid and vapor (boiling, condensation, and return flow) to achieve highly efficient heat transfer within a sealed channel.
Compared with single-phase cooling, it removes large heat loads under small temperature differences, delivering lower hotspot temperature, better thermal uniformity, and stable temperature control.
Widely used in high-power electronics, servers, power modules, communication systems, and new energy applications, especially for high heat flux and localized hotspots.
At Dreams, we provide customized two-phase cooling solutions based on heat load, flow channel design, installation space, and operating environment.
FEATURED PRODUCT
HOW IT’S MADE
Manufacturing Capabilities
- Sealing: Full-process high hermeticity with zero micro-leakage, critical to two-phase lifetime reliability
- Vacuum: Complete removal of air and moisture is required; otherwise swelling and temperature runaway may occur
- Fill Ratio: Overfilling causes overflow; underfilling causes dry-out; strict control is required
- Flow Channel Structure: Micro-channel geometry, fin spacing, and wall roughness directly affect boiling and return stability
- Welding: Laser welding is preferred for low thermal distortion, unobstructed channels, and high sealing reliability
