CNC machined heat sinks are made by processing aluminum, aluminum alloys, and other metals into complex thermal structures through high-precision CNC machining. The process supports high-density fins, special geometries, and fine details, making it suitable for customized and small to medium-volume projects.
At Dreams, we provide precision-machined components with nearly 100 CNC machines, including 5-axis, 4-axis, and 3-axis systems, to meet different structural and accuracy requirements.
