DIE CASTING
Thermal solutions for complex structures, integrated forming, and volume production.
产品概述
Custom Die Casting 散热片
Die cast parts are metal components produced through the pressure die casting process. In this process, molten metals such as copper, zinc, aluminum, or aluminum alloys are injected under high pressure into a mold cavity by a die casting machine equipped with a dedicated mold, forming parts with specific shapes, dimensions, and structural features.
Since the mold precisely controls the shape and dimensions of the product, die casting is suitable for manufacturing parts with complex geometries, high dimensional consistency, and large-volume production requirements. In heat sink manufacturing, it is commonly used to produce thermal components with mounting structures, reinforcing ribs, holes, or integrated housing features, helping improve production efficiency and reduce unit cost.
Depending on material selection and application requirements, die casting heat sinks are widely used in electronics, power modules, LED lighting, communication equipment, industrial control systems, and other products requiring both structural integration and thermal management.

Advantages of High Thermal Conductivity Materials
Embedded Die Casting Design
With a thermal conductivity value greater than 180 W/m·K, high thermal conductivity materials can partially replace extruded heat sinks, helping reduce costs while maintaining reliable thermal performance.

This design supports fins with a height of 100 mm, thickness of 1.0 mm, and spacing of 7 mm, effectively addressing the limitation of traditional die casting processes in producing high-fin structures.
